Scope and hosting
This personal portfolio presents Ferhat Tüfekçi's professional background, articles, projects, and contact channels. The current public site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub's documentation states that visitor IP addresses are logged and stored for security purposes. Hosting and network providers may receive technical request information when serving pages and assets. The portfolio source does not implement a visitor account system, a contact submission form, or an application database for visitor profiles.
Analytics, advertising, and external resources
The homepage includes Google Analytics (measurement ID G-Z00CDE35NT) and Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-1316559702402555). These integrations can send usage and device information to Google and can use cookies or similar technologies according to browser settings and Google's policies. The homepage also loads Calendly widget resources and external font resources. Requests to external services disclose technical information such as your IP address to those providers. This page describes the integrations present in the source; it does not claim that a consent-management system is implemented.
Browser storage and contact
The site uses browser local storage for the selected theme (ft-theme) and whether the Calendly badge was dismissed (calendlyPermanentlyClosed). You can clear these values through your browser's site-data controls. Choosing an email, phone, social profile, or scheduling link opens the relevant external application or service. Information you submit through email or Calendly is processed by those services and the recipient. Do not send sensitive personal information or confidential project data in an initial inquiry.
